2. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you request cancellation before work has started, before resources have been allocated, and before any deliverables have been shared, we may review the request for a partial or full refund depending on payment processing fees, administrative work, and any written agreement already accepted.

4. Milestone-Based Projects
For milestone-based projects, completed or approved milestones are generally non-refundable. Future milestones may be cancelled or adjusted according to the written agreement, proposal, invoice, or approved project communication.

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Refunds are not provided because a customer expected guaranteed rankings, traffic, revenue, leads, sales, or business outcomes. We provide responsible strategy and implementation support, but results depend on market conditions, competition, customer execution, technical factors, timing, and ongoing optimization.
