Digital Delivery Policy

How JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC delivers consultations, audits, websites, AI systems, automation, SEO/GEO/AEO, and implementation services digitally.

1. Digital Delivery Only

JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC primarily provides digital services. We do not ship physical goods unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise. Most services are delivered through online meetings, email, shared documents, implementation access, project files, website deployments, and agreed communication channels.

2. Delivery Methods

Deliverables may be provided through email, secure links, shared folders, website access, project-management tools, online meetings, downloadable files, implementation handover documents, or deployment to an agreed hosting environment.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the service type, project complexity, customer feedback speed, access availability, milestone approval, and the written scope. Estimated timelines are shared in the proposal, invoice, agreement, or project communication before work begins.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide required information, access, content, brand assets, approvals, and feedback on time. Delays in customer input may delay delivery. JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing access, incomplete information, late approvals, or third-party platform issues outside our control.

5. Handover

Where applicable, final handover may include project files, documentation, credentials transfer instructions, deployment notes, access guidance, or training material. Exact handover items depend on the written scope and payment completion status.
