Digital Product Refund Principle

JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC sells digital products, SaaS access, online education, implementation services, and custom digital systems. Because these products are delivered electronically and may provide immediate access to software, dashboards, courses, credits, strategy assets, templates, or implementation work, many purchases are non-refundable once access is granted or work begins.

Cancellation Terms

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments, renewal charges, used credits, consumed course access, or completed project milestones. Customers should cancel before the next billing date if they do not want the subscription to renew.

Exceptional Review Cases

We may review refund requests case-by-case for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or a verified access failure that we cannot resolve within a reasonable support window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, payment processor, and currency conversion fees may not be controlled by us.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email inquiry@jrnexussolutions.com with your full name, purchase email, product name, order or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. We may ask for account usage details to verify eligibility, including course completion percentage or credit usage percentage where applicable.
